Bell Times: The first bell of the day is rung at 8.45am - we like children to be in class and ready to start the day by 8.40am.
Security Gates: All security gates are opened at 8:15am and locked again at 8:45am. Any child arriving at school prior to 8:15 am and remaining here after 3:15pm need to be seated outside the Performing Arts Centre, located next to the school office.
In the afternoon the gates are opened at 2:30pm and locked again at 3:15pm. Outside of these times, entry is gained via the School Office off Alfriston Road.
Enrolment Packs: These can be collected from the school office, any time between 8:30am and 3:00pm.
Lunches: We ask that parents provide their children with a healthy, nutritious lunch. Drink bottles should only be filled with water - no fruit juice or other sugar laden drinks.
School Lunches: Fridays only. These can be ordered through the school.
School visits: We offer each New Entrant child the opportunity to visit our school twice before they start school. These visits are held every Tuesday morning from 11.00am until 12.30pm. We ask that parents make alternative arrangements for pre-schoolers as this is a time for you to be fully foccussed on the child you have visiting as they willl require all of your attention.
Unfortunately, as the year progresses we find that we are less able to offer class visits during November and December, as our New Entrants classes become a lot bigger during these months.
We also find that we are unable to offer visits for children who are starting school at the beginning of a year as we find these visits can be very disruptive for our teachers and their students.
School Uniform: This can be purchased from the school. Sunhats are compulsory for Terms 1 and 4. We ask that all uniform is named - especially during our swimming season. Swim caps are also compulsary, and can be purchased from the school office. A uniform price list is available from the school office.
