This communication provides updated information in regards to three exciting events this term.

1) Jumping June – Thursday 15th June. We have now raised $10,427.70 for the Heart Foundation – amazing!!!!
Another celebration is that we have seen significant development in our learners ability to skip and learners are much more active in the playground – this is fantastic.
Learners will have a fun 30 minute skipping session on Thursday to celebrate – LEARNERS CAN BRING A CHANGE OF CLOTHES AND RUNNING SHOES if they would like to.

2) I am a Scientist – on Thursday 29th June whānau are invited to visit classrooms to view the great learning that has occurred this term. Please note the visiting time is 9.00am – 11.00am. This provides whānau with 1 hour and 15 minutes to visit rooms and then they may like to stay and have morning tea with their children. Learners will remain in their classes during the visit time, as they will be involved in sharing and presenting.

3) Pyjama Day – Friday 30th June. As mentioned in our latest newsletter our terrific learners have achieved their 3rd Gold Coin reward. On the last day of term learners and staff are able to roll out of bed and wear their cosy jammies to school. 🙂 What a great way to end the term!
