We are currently working to set up the Out of Zone ballot applications for 2027. It should be done by the end of this week. Please note there is no urgency to apply as the ballot does not close until late September. The MOE has not even set ballot dates at this time. The ballot process is totally random so it does not matter when an application is made. (Names drawn out of a box by a police officer) Every application has the same opportunity to be randomly selected.
